The Ultraflex and Digital Ultraflex methods involve using heat to adhere the design, name, or number to the garment. Our presses are set at 330 degrees Fahrenheit, and each press lasts for 8 seconds. A Teflon sheet is placed between the garment and the press to ensure that the heat is not directly placed on the garment itself. The vinyl method is similar, but it uses a special type of vinyl material that is cut into the desired shape and adhered to the garment using heat.
