  • How soon will I receive my order?

    Team Stores: You can expect to see your order in 3 weeks or less! Once the store closes, orders are processed, and all items are ordered and decorated in-house, then sorted and bagged by order, so distribution is easy and fast!

    Custom Bulk Orders: If you want to skip the store and place your own bulk apparel order, we'll have it ready for you in 2 weeks or less! Need a rush order? Give us a call, and we will be happy to work with your deadline.

  • Is there a minimum to order?

    12 is the magic number, but you can mix & match different styles and colors with the same design!

  • How do I order my design using different products, colors, or styles?

    When you're happy with your design, click Buy Now. Once you've reviewed and approved your design, add any necessary notes, then click the + Mix/Add Styles/Colors button. From here, you'll be able to choose other styles and colors and add your quantities for each at the same time!

  • Can I get help with my design?

    Do you need help finding what you want in the design studio? Give us a call, and we'll help design the perfect artwork for you. We'll even help you pick the perfect apparel to put on.

  • What if I have a problem with my order?

    If you experience any issues with your order, please call to discuss. We will be happy to help find a solution.
